Having lived with ADHD and a Learning disability her entire life, Dr. Lentzsch-Parcells is deeply familiar with the challenges that come with it and she is uniquely invested and qualified in creating environments where patients feel seen, heard, and valued.

Dr. Lentzsch-Parcells believes connection is a critical part of improving mental health - and that knowing you’re not alone, even if you can’t always find a solution, can be life-changing.

Dr. Lentzsch-Parcells happily lends her expertise to as many institutions as she can. She is faculty at the TCU Burnett School of Medicine where she teaches and mentors future physicians. She is a member of the National Board of Directors for CHADD (Children and Adults with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) as well as the planning committee for the International Conference on ADHD. She frequently hosts webinars for the Attention Deficit Disorder Association (ADDA) and CHADD.

Speaking Opportunities

As a guest on several podcasts, including ADHD Essentials, ADHD for Smart Ass Women, and Motherhood in ADHD, Dr. Lentzsch-Parcells offers invaluable insight into topics like the utility of medication and overcoming daily challenges. In addition to hosting speaking engagements in local schools and the greater community, she is also in the process of developing courses and consulting services for young people with ADHD and their families. Dr. Lentzsch-Parcells has plans to expand her offerings into multiple books, a TED talk, and international speeches in the near future.

Dr. Lentzsch-Parcells has also been featured on How to ADHD, National Geographic, and the books How to ADHD: An Insider's Guide to Working with Your Brain (Not Against It) and The Essential Guide to Raising Complex Kids with ADHD, Anxiety, and More: What Parents and Teachers Really Need to Know to Empower Complicated Kids with Confidence and Calm.

In the last few years, Dr. Lentzsch-Parcells has taken to social media and the local community to make ADHD resources and education available to anyone who needs them. Her instagram features a range of funny, relatable, and vulnerable content about the highs and lows of ADHD, heartwarming and empowering moments, and practical tips for improving your day-to-day life.
